Divide your group into two lines facing each other holding hands, about 4 feet apart. The team leader stands at one end facing the lines and holding the end person’s hand in each line. The person is the ‘outlet’. In the middle of each line lies a object – a hard plastic cup. The outlet squeezes the hand of the first person in each line at the same time without other seeing. Each person passes the hand squeeze down the line when they receive it. When the last person in each line receives the squeeze, the player runs to get the cup before the other team. Keep going however long you like. You can rotate to give every member of the team a chance to be the outlet.
