Fill empty water bottles with interesting things — rice, buttons, jelly mixed water, food colouring or oil. (Be sure lids are tightly secured you could even tape the lid so that your child can’t chew through the bottle.) Babies who are yet to crawl will enjoy looking at the different objects moving and those crawling will love chasing after them as it rolls along the floor.
